Tau Foo Fah

Tau Foo Fah is a snack made with very soft tofu. It is originally a Chinese snack that has its origin dated back in the ancient China during the western Han Dynasty. However it is now enjoyed by all the races in Malaysia. Tau Foo fah is also referred to as tofu pudding and soybean pudding.

Tau Foo Fah is usually served either with a clear sweet syrup, with ginkgo seeds suspended in the syrup, with sugar syrup infused with pandan or with gula melaka syrup.
