Ramly Burger
If Nasi Lemak is a staple breakfast food in Kuala Lumpur. The Ramly burger on the other hand is synonymous with late-night snacking in Kuala Lumpur.
It’s all started when the founder Ramly Mokni decided to make a halal beef patty 30 years ago. Back then, as most beef burgers were imported, the consumers were unsure of the meat’s halal status. So he had the idea to process burger meat at home and came up with Ramly Burger.
“Ramly Burger” is commonly referred to any of the hamburgers sold in a Ramly Burger stall. The type of ingredients vary from one stall to another. However, a typical Ramly Burger consists of a beef or chicken patty, margarine, onions, an egg, cabbage, mayonnaise, Soy sauce and seasonings.
The combination of beef or chicken patty, margarine, onions, eggs, sauces and seasonings compressed between two buns are mouthwatering.

Cravings for these bad boys normally hit us at ungodly hours. Searching for a burger stall can be pretty troublesome if you’re unfamiliar with the area.
