The classic pasembur consists of prawn fritters, flour fritters and coconut fritters. It is then mixed with shredded cucumber and sweet turnips. The mixture is ladled with the sauce made from the sweet potatoes. The crushed peanuts are sometimes mixed in the gravy or sprinkled on the dish. The combination of the crispy fritters combined with the richness of the sauce makes the pasembur a meal that is difficult to forget. Besides fritters, people can choose to eat other fried stuffs like fried bean curd, fried tofu, fried fish cake or fried seafood like fried crab, fried prawn or fried squid.  Pasembur is best eaten together with other people, the best food must be shared with others so that everyone knows how good the taste is.
