Tanjung Bungah Beach
The Tanjung Bungah Beach which literally translates to ‘Flower Cape Beach’ is a coastal suburb situated between Batu Ferringhi and Gurney Drive. Originally, Tanjung Bungah Beach was a tranquil and sleepy fishing village. Over the years, it has risen in popularity.
Today, this beach is one of Penang’s most visited beaches for tourists and locals. The Penang Water Sports Centre is based here, making water sport activities popular at the beach. Alongside the stunning natural landscape of the beach, there are many world-class resorts and hotels.
